




Position Summary: We are seeking an engineering student to optimize operational processes by enhancing Excel macros and files, driving continuous improvement and efficient technology utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Operational process optimization using Excel 2. Technical documentation generation for scalability 3. Promotion of continuous improvement and efficient technology utilization Student pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, or Computational Sciences. Improvement of Excel macros and files for operational process optimization. Using IT tools to streamline processes, enhance internal files, optimize macros for better data comprehension, improved information control, reduced data entry time, and minimized human errors across various plant departments. This initiative aims to drive continuous improvement, promote efficient technology utilization, and generate technical documentation to facilitate maintenance, scalability, and knowledge transfer within the organization. Microsoft Excel (advanced level) (macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables, integration with Word), basic knowledge of structured programming and algorithmic logic. Logical and structured thinking, attention to detail, ability to optimize time and improve existing processes. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
