The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the Construction Department, participating in various tasks related to the field. Join the Construcciones Santa Clara team through this job opening: **Resident Assistant Engineer** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control work execution according to drawings and technical specifications. * Generate daily reports and weekly progress reports. * Coordinate on-site personnel. * Request materials, tools, machinery, and equipment. * Prepare attendance reports. **Requirements:** \- 1 year of experience. \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. \- Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. \- Proactivity, responsibility, and problem-solving ability. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including one hour for lunch and one hour for breakfast).
