Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient supervision of structural fabrication and assembly, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of structural assembly. 2. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards on site. 3. Comprehensive resource management and resolution of project incidents. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure that fabrication and assembly activities for structural scopes are carried out efficiently, within the established schedule, and in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Planning, coordination, and supervision of structural fabrication and assembly. * Progress control, delivery timelines, and project completion compliance. * Assurance of quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Management of resources, machinery, equipment, and personnel. * Supervision of subcontractors and coordination of work teams. * Monitoring of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation. * Effective communication with the client and progress reporting. * Resolution of incidents and risk control on site. * Compliance with regulations, IMS (Integrated Management System), and organizational culture. **REQUIRED ACADEMIC LEVEL:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial), Architecture, or related fields in project and construction management. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of structural analysis and design. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Familiarity with structural materials and their applications. * Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes. * Proficiency in regulations (NOM, NMX) and standards (PEMEX, ASTM, AWS, ASME, API). **LANGUAGES:** * **Spanish/Intermediate English.** **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles for platform, pipeline, or petrochemical projects.
