




Position Summary: Sears is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan and deliver training courses, develop learning resources and participation reports, and improve established objectives. Implementation of continuous improvement actions **Sears is seeking a TRAINING COORDINATOR in Anahuac \- San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct monthly training course planning for the central office. * Deliver onboarding training for newly hired staff. * Conduct customer service training for call center personnel. * Promote training courses via electronic media and in-person sessions at the facility. * Develop learning resources for training programs. * Generate weekly and monthly participation reports. * Implement continuous improvement actions to achieve established objectives. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs. * Salary: $15,567 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology. (Completed) * Minimum 6 months’ experience delivering training in telephone collections or call center topics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
