Warehouse Clerk Metal-Mechanical Company dedicated to the production of metal molds for the glass industry is seeking a: Warehouse Clerk. Job Objective: Ensure proper control, safeguarding, and supply of materials, tools, and spare parts used in the machining process of plastic molds, guaranteeing order and traceability of warehouse entries and exits. Main Responsibilities: · Receive, inspect, and record materials, spare parts, tools, and finished products. · Organize and classify materials according to type, frequency of use, and storage conditions. · Record entries and exits in the inventory control system (Excel or specialized software). · Fulfill production orders according to CNC workshop and machining center requirements. · Conduct cyclic and general inventories as per schedule. · Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse with visible signage. · Verify expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock rotation (FIFO). · Coordinate returns or write-offs of damaged or expired materials. · Collaborate with the purchasing department to track pending orders or replenishment needs. · Support tool control assigned to operators.
