Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in customer portfolio control and management, collection coordination, and delinquent customer monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of customer portfolio and case files 2. Coordination and implementation of collections 3. Proficiency in Office suite and Excel Accounting education required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role. Required Knowledge: \- Customer portfolio control and management (case file compilation) \- Coordination of weekly customer collections. \- Application of account balances in the system. \- Monitoring of delinquent customers and establishment of payment agreements. \- Updating account balances in the system and informing customers of current balances. \- Extensive proficiency in Office suite and Excel. \- Flexible availability for work hours.
