Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Experience in engineering projects involving the installation of production lines, technical assistance for contract manufacturers, and equipment upgrades. Minimum C1 level English proficiency. Availability and documentation for international travel. **Main Responsibilities:** Define the workload forecast in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and promote the optimal utilization and planning of resources. Evaluate the skills and competencies of personnel to perform the work and ensure skills development where deficiencies exist. Ensure that required training and certifications are obtained in safety, health, and environmental matters. Lead the field team in the subregion to ensure the proper management of on\-site installation and service activities and achieve customer satisfaction.
