**Accounting Analyst** **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco (Colonia Moderna) **Salary:** $21,850 gross monthly **Performance bonus:** $2,852 approx. (starting from the 3rd month) **Meal vouchers:** 1,150 monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 08:00 am \- 05:00 pm **Job Description** We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** responsible for ensuring the accounting, tax, and financial control of the company. This person will be in charge of recording transactions, supervising payroll processes, and maintaining compliance with obligations before SAT and IMSS, ensuring accurate and reliable financial information. **Responsibilities** * Record income, expenses, provisions, amortizations, and depreciations. * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings according to current regulations. * Calculate and file taxes (Income Tax, VAT, IEPS, 2% on payroll, RTP). * Execute actions with IMSS: registrations, terminations, and salary modifications. * Supervise and validate payroll calculations in **NOMINPAQi** and CFDI stamping. * Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. * Organize and safeguard physical and digital accounting documentation. * Prepare information and support internal, external, or tax audits. * Collaborate with administration and procurement to validate invoices and records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (degree not mandatory). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in general or tax accounting. * Proficiency with **CONTPAQi Accounting, Banks, and Payroll (NOMINPAQi)**. * Knowledge of **SUA, IDSE, SAT portal, and IMSS Digital**. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Solid knowledge of tax regulations, obligations toward IMSS, and document control. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication and collaborative work. **Work Relationships** * **Internal:** Administrative department. * **External:** SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, tax advisors, and external auditors.
