




Summary: This role supports Netflix's Global Talent Operations Center, focusing on Workday data integrity, mass loads, and continuous process improvement with a strong customer service mindset. This role sits within the Global Talent Operations Center team, acting as a key operational backbone for Workday data and integrations, with a strong focus on mass data loads, data integrity, and continuous process improvement. You will be expected to be independent, proactive, and highly detail\-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to translate complex data needs into scalable EIB solutions. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all Workday EIB\-related requests (mass upload) supported by GTOC globally and across business units. * Build, configure, validate, and run EIB templates for a wide range of HR processes (e.g., hires, job changes, compensation updates, org changes, terminations, one\-time payments, data corrections). * Partner with HR/Talent teams to intake, assess, and prioritize EIB requests, ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and controls are in place. * Perform pre\-load data validation (formatting, required fields, business rule alignment) and post\-load reconciliation to confirm successful processing and identify any errors. * Troubleshoot EIB load errors by reviewing error logs, Workday business process configurations, and data dependencies; propose and execute corrective actions. * Document best practices, standards, and controls for EIB usage (e.g., naming conventions, approval flows, data validation steps). * Help create, author, and maintain HR knowledge base content related to Workday data, EIB usage, and standard operating procedures. * Partner with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and implement preventive controls to reduce recurring issues. * Act as a trusted operational partner to global Talent teams, helping them translate business needs into scalable EIB and data solutions. Provide training, guidance, and coaching to Talent partners and GTOC colleagues on EIB fundamentals, data quality expectations, and request best practices. * Basic Qualifications: * Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills in an employee\-facing setting * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel * Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment * Ability to problem solve by using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in HR, Business, IT, Data/Analytics or a related field * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Generalist Experience with ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk or similar) * Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
