Position Summary: Maver Products, a leader in branded generics, is seeking an ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN to maintain and improve the Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Support the administration and maintenance of the Environmental Management System. 2. Development and/or updating of procedures, guidelines, and forms. 3. Support the operational management of the environmental program and audits. We are **Productos Maver**, founded in 1969, a company that has distinguished itself over the years by manufacturing high-quality products and is a **leader in the private market for branded generics.** We are seeking a talented **ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN**, with the position based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. **Position Description: ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and Economics; or related fields. **Mandatory Experience:** * Knowledge of environmental legislation (municipal\-state\-federal) * Environmental safety and protection in industrial sectors (pharmaceutical and/or chemical) * Monitoring and tracking of Hazardous Waste and Special Handling Waste management. **Mandatory Knowledge in:** * Knowledge of waste classification and subclassification according to applicable regulations * Knowledge of documentation completion for Waste Manifests * Desirable knowledge of procedures oriented toward environmental compliance (Air, Water, Subsoil) * Management of Hazardous Waste and Special Handling Waste logs * Knowledge of government platforms (municipal\-state\-federal) * Environmental Management System * Information analysis. **Objective:** Perform key functions to maintain and improve the Environmental Management System, complying with current legal, corporate, and contractual requirements, thereby preventing the company’s activities from negatively impacting the environment. **Responsibilities:** * Support the administration and maintenance of the Environmental Management System. * Development and/or updating of procedures, guidelines, forms, etc. within the document management system. * Support the operational management of the environmental program. * Conduct environmental audits. * Waste collection management (hazardous and special handling). * Preparation of reports. **Application Proficiency:** * Word, Excel, PowerPoint **If you meet the position profile, please submit your updated resume.** Salary: Starting at $15,902\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Referral program * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your educational background?
