We seek field or on-site support engineers with experience in network installation, support, and monitoring for diverse projects or clients.

**Our Offer**
* **Compensation:** MXN 15,700 net per month + MXN 1,500 monthly bonus under direct contract, plus statutory benefits.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; half-day Saturday when required.
* **Work Location:** GDL (various locations in Tlajomulco, Tonalá, Zapopan, and other areas within the city).
**What We’re Looking For**
* Minimum 2 years of experience as: field engineer, on-site support engineer, installation engineer, field support technician, antenna installer, cabling technician, telecommunications analyst, or telco engineer.
* Technical career (TSU) or incomplete/complete engineering degree (preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience installing, implementing, and configuring network switches, access points, CPEs (modems, Wi-Fi routers, 4G/5G receiving antennas, VoIP devices), ONTs (fiber optic, GPON), and structured cabling — for brands including Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, etc.
* Minimum 1 year of on-site support and troubleshooting for Wi-Fi networks: physical layer (MDF nodes and IDF distribution points), cable verification, power supply, hardware (status indicator lights on access devices, hubs, repeaters), and Wi-Fi connectivity protocols (latency, jitter, packet loss, and signal strength (RSSI) testing via SNMP, WMI using Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
* Knowledge of applying Level 1 physical or network fault correction to ensure proper operation. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of network infrastructure.
* Minimum 1 year of experience using ticketing tools for incident logging and report generation (installations, evidence photos, logs, action documentation (Alice), basic as-built updates).
* Management, tracking, and consumption of materials, shortages, and returns.
* Certification or training in Working at Heights (DC3\), highly desirable; valid driver’s license.
