Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate human resources and maintain facilities, buildings, plants, and warehouses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and coordinates teams for optimal facility maintenance. 2. Ensures compliance with maintenance programs and supervises activities. 3. Coordinates with external contractors and technicians for plant-related work. We are looking for a “**Building Maintenance Supervisor**” **Requirements:** · Graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering (certified). · Two years of industry experience. · SAP knowledge. **Job Mission:** To manage and coordinate the human resources under supervision to ensure facilities, buildings, plants, and warehouses remain in optimal condition. **Key Responsibilities:** · Ensure compliance with the annual building maintenance program. · Supervise maintenance personnel’s activities. · Track spare parts procurement and ensure appropriate materials are available for preventive or corrective maintenance. · Coordinate equipment release with the Process Supervisor for preventive maintenance execution. · Coordinate training for maintenance technicians. · Continuously evaluate supervised personnel. · Request training for personnel whenever deemed necessary. · Coordinate required procedures for contractor and external technician access to the plant. · Coordinate and supervise work performed by contractors and external technicians at the plant. **Knowledge Requirements:** · Maintenance management. · Personnel management. · Construction site and building maintenance work. · Electricity. · Civil construction supervision. · GMP and GDP. · Basic Office software.
