Focus on high-quality customer service **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as Site Resident (Desirable). * Previous experience in the home appliance and white goods industry. * Prior experience leading technical work teams — mandatory. * Knowledge of installation materials, pumping systems, water filtration, water heaters, water treatment, and blueprint interpretation. * Knowledge of hydraulic, gas, and electrical installations. * Knowledge and experience with applicable regulations (gas, electrical installations, ventilation, safety). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver’s license; experience driving manual-transmission vehicles — standard (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Coordination, supervision, and support of technical team * Ensuring high-quality customer service * Supervising and verifying supplies * Managing costs and payments * Weekly work planning * Field verification * Managing installation materials * Warehouse administration for materials **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary * Commissions * Availability from Monday to Saturday * Company phone * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Uniforms Work location: Col.
