Paid training and growth opportunities Private Security Guard Job Objective Monitor and protect real estate assets as well as individuals present on the premises, ensuring a safe environment through incident prevention and adherence to access protocols. Main Responsibilities \* Access Control: Register entries and exits of staff, visitors, and vehicles. \* Security Patrols: Conduct regular facility inspections to identify anomalies or risks. \* Monitoring: Use CCTV systems and alarms (where applicable). \* Reporting: Prepare daily logs and detailed incident reports clearly and thoroughly. \* Emergency Response: Act as first responder during crises or accidents, following established protocols. Requirements \* Education: Completed secondary school (minimum). \* Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred in private security or customer service. \* Skills: Observational ability, discipline, punctuality, and good interpersonal communication. \* Documentation: Valid official identification, CURP, and proof of address.
