Position Summary: Internal Audit Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records in a company operating in the wheat industry. Key Highlights: 1. Budget and inventory monitoring. *Grupo Trimex, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the production, distribution, and marketing of products across all categories of the wheat industry (white and prepared flours, as well as by-products from wheat milling), is seeking:* **INTERNAL AUDIT ANALYST** **\*\* Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. **Job Objective:** Perform activities related to the plant’s financial and accounting control to ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.). * Expense reports, bank reconciliations, and other accounting transactions. * Conduct periodic financial analyses to evaluate the plant’s financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Budget monitoring. * Monthly inventory counts and review of raw material receipts. * Verification of minor medical expenses for plant personnel and petty cash reimbursements. * Daily billing of materials sold to customers, with asset security reporting. * Control and recording of customs expenses related to imports. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Vacation premium of 70%. * Meal vouchers. * 13% savings fund contribution. * Life insurance. * GMM health insurance.
