Opportunity for professional development within a growing company We seek a dynamic and strategic **Human Resources Manager**, responsible for leading talent attraction, training, and administration cycles. The primary objective is to ensure our organizational structure operates under the highest standards of efficiency, legal compliance, and internal culture, guaranteeing that each vacancy is filled with the right talent at the optimal time. **Candidate Profile:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (degree preferred). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in an HR Manager role or similar, preferably within service-oriented companies with teams exceeding 100 employees. * Intermediate-level knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in recruitment and training metrics. * Experience in companies certified under **ISO 9001** is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook (Intermediate to Advanced level). * Leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation ability, and results-oriented mindset. **Key Challenges and Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the full recruitment, selection, and hiring cycle to ensure timely staffing coverage. * Coordinate and validate onboarding programs (general and role-specific) to ensure effective integration of new hires. * Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and implement continuous training plans. * Coordinate employee performance evaluations jointly with department heads. * Responsible for measuring workplace climate and implementing corresponding strategies. * Monitor authorized headcount and ensure compliance with internal regulations, current labor laws (Federal Labor Law), and manage the safety and hygiene committee. * Handle internal and external certifications and inspections. * Organize institutional events and team-building activities to strengthen a sense of belonging. * Review and verify pre-payroll and weekly/biweekly payroll, plus cost control and payment process tracking. * Prepare indicator reports. * And any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary ranging from $25,000 to $30,000, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Opportunity for professional development within a growing company.
