Leadership and focus on student satisfaction A culinary school with over 16 years of experience and 6 campuses nationwide is seeking: **Culinary Instructor** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, with official degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in gastronomy (technical or higher education level). * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent group management abilities. * Professional appearance and image. * Solid knowledge of: * Basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking techniques. * Mexican and international cuisine. * Kitchen safety and hygiene. **Competencies:** * Planning and organizing practical and theoretical classes. * Leadership and discipline in the kitchen. * Results-oriented approach and focus on student satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver practical and theoretical classes according to the academic curriculum. * Supervise proper use of equipment, utensils, and raw materials. * Evaluate students. * Promote discipline, cleanliness, and teamwork in the kitchen.
