**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** who will strategically lead warehouse operations, ensuring **efficiency, safety, and inventory control**.
This role will be critical in guaranteeing that products reach operational areas and customers on time, optimizing logistics processes and coordinating communication with other departments for seamless operational flow.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise product receiving, storage, and dispatch
* Ensure timely supply to operational areas and customers
* Monitor inventory levels and update inventory control systems (Kardex / WMS)
* Implement and maintain safety protocols and internal standards
* Supervise warehouse cleanliness, organization, and quality
* Optimize logistics processes, proposing improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
* Prepare performance, efficiency, and KPI compliance reports
* Coordinate operations with procurement, sales, logistics, and customer service
* Manage returns, traceability, and damaged or non-conforming goods
* Supervise and train warehouse staff
**Requirements**
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Solid knowledge of inventory control, receiving policies, and storage practices
* Experience with ABC, FIFO, and FEFO methodologies
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and Kardex, WMS, or similar tools
* Experience in internal audits and expiry date control
* Ability to coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
* Experience supervising staff
* Strong organizational skills, process orientation, and adherence to internal policies
* Knowledge of safety, organization, and cleanliness standards

**Additional Details**
* Salary: $13,000 – $14,000 MXN net per month

* Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
* Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm
