Requirements: * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Degree in Plastics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience We Offer: Salary: $11,825 monthly gross Bonuses: * 10% for punctuality * 10% for attendance * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Weekly payment Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate staff activities during the shift. * Ensure compliance with the production plan. * Validate product quality and proper use of raw materials. * Record incidents, downtime, and report anomalies. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Verify equipment operation and request maintenance when necessary. * Monitor goals, processes, and line performance. * Coordinate cleaning routines and area clearance. * Address personnel matters and support vacation scheduling, incidents, and issues. * Comply with policies, procedures, GMP, and safety regulations. * The above responsibilities are illustrative, not exhaustive.
