Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze and manage production plan execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams **Academic Requirements: (Graduate)** * Industrial Engineering * Intermediate to advanced English (60% proficiency preferred) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel **Required Knowledge and Skills** * Analyze and manage production plan execution jointly with the planning team to validate operational strategy, materials, machinery, and available human resources required for operations and thereby fulfill customer requirements. * Proactive with experience in problem resolution. * Ability to interact with various production departments and achieve their objectives. * Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. * Profile oriented toward organization and task execution.
