Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with experience in fiscal payroll and handling large employee rosters for full-cycle payroll processing and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of CONTPAQi Payroll, SUA, and time clock **Payroll Analyst** A growing company is seeking a **Payroll Analyst** with experience in fiscal payroll and management of employee rosters exceeding 200 staff members. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full-cycle fiscal payroll processing (earnings, bonuses, commissions, and variable components). * Administration and validation of incidents (attendance, overtime, vacations, disabilities). * Operation of CONTPAQi Payroll, SUA, and time clock. * IMSS-related personnel transactions (registrations, terminations, modifications). * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, and state taxes. * Preparation of severance settlements and employee support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in fiscal payroll. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR). * High level of confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * Gross monthly salary: $16,904\.70\. * $1,500 gross bonus upon completion of 3 months. * 100% statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Additional discounts and benefits.
