This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **What You’ll Do:** * Payroll preparation and calculation * Handling attendance incidents (absences, vacations, medical leaves) * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Management of institutional platforms * Control and administration of personnel files * Support in internal reporting and audits **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **(mandatory, completed)** * Minimum 1.5 years of verifiable payroll experience * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite * ERP experience (preferred) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability **We Offer:** * Salary: **$17,000 gross monthly** * Direct employment with the company * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * Meal vouchers * Life insurance * Employee cafeteria * Statutory benefits * Job stability and excellent work environment Salary: Starting from $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
