Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in monthly accounting review and closing, supervision of accounting records, and coordination with auditors. Key Highlights: 1. A well-established kitchen company is looking for **\*ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT\*** **\*REQUIREMENTS:\*** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (intern or graduate) * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Accounting and Payroll, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, IVA, and tax reconciliations * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Intermediate knowledge of Excel **\*RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * Monthly accounting review and closing * Tax review (in coordination with external auditor) * Supervision of accounting records * Informative tax filings and bank reconciliations * Coordination with external auditors for periodic reviews * Provision, asset, and financial statement control * Invoice issuance and recording * Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations * Administrative tasks, accounts payable, and document management * SIROC and REPSE (prior knowledge not required; necessary training will be provided) **\*WE OFFER:\*** * \-Salary: $16,000 per month * Weekly payments * \-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * \-Work location: Col.
