Job Summary: Supports the control, receipt, storage, and distribution of medications, ensuring compliance with health regulations, product traceability, and good storage practices. We are seeking a ***Medication Warehouse Assistant*** The position will be responsible for supporting the control, receipt, storage, preservation, and distribution of medications and healthcare supplies, ensuring compliance with current health regulations, product traceability, and good storage practices. **Requirements** **Completed bachelor's degree or technical program in:** Chemical Pharmacist Biologist (QFB); Chemical Pharmacist Industrial (QFI); Pharmacy or related field **Basic/intermediate knowledge of applicable health regulations:** * Good Storage Practices\* * FEUM * Current NOM\-059\-SSA1 * Current NOM\-072\-SSA1 * Health documentation management and control * Experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare supply warehouses (preferred) * Basic inventory and administrative system handling skills * Knowledge of expiry date control and traceability * Valid driver's license (Mandatory) **Main Responsibilities** * Receipt, inspection, and placement of medications and healthcare supplies according to established procedures * Verification of storage conditions, temperature, and product preservation * Support for cyclic inventories and internal audits * Documentation registration and updating per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Identification and segregation of non-conforming, damaged, or near-expiry products * Supervision of proper order picking and delivery * Compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices * Support for health controls and regulatory compliance with COFEPRIS * Coordination with administrative, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure appropriate inventory availability and rotation * Maintenance of warehouse order, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions **Competencies** * Attention to detail * High sense of responsibility * Organizational and operational discipline * Teamwork * Adherence to procedures and regulations * Analytical ability and documentation control **We Offer** * $12,000 to $14,000 net monthly \+ Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Professional development opportunities **Position Details:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Av.
