Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Employee** Confidence **Position Objective** Coordinate activities related to product quality in the Warehouse to ensure compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** Verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures applicable to personnel working in the finished product warehouse. Verify compliance with Good Storage Practices by personnel working within the finished product warehouse. Supervise personnel performing attribute-based inspection of finished products and ensure correct execution of the inspection. Supervise and ensure correct execution of quality verifications for receipt, storage, picking, packaging, and distribution processes of pharmaceuticals to guarantee compliance with current regulations. Verify correct execution of the non-conforming product handling process. Verify proper retention sample storage. Verify compliance with current regulations in the finished product warehouse. Perform activities related to personnel management. Carry out the talent request and selection process for the area. Coordinate the onboarding and job-specific training process for new personnel, as well as compliance with the training plan. Follow up on performance evaluations of new personnel to determine their employment relationship. Manage and validate any administrative or personal requirements of supervised personnel (e.g., work tools, incident tracking, special permits, administrative procedures, etc.). Administer instruments used in the finished product warehouse. Monitor calibration validity of instruments used in the finished product warehouse. Ensure compliance with the calibration program for instruments used in the finished product warehouse. Experience 1 to 3 years in similar activities.
