Teamwork and attention to detail **Crane Operator** **Job Title:** Crane Operator **Department:** Operations / Production / Logistics **Job Objective** Safely and efficiently operate overhead, mobile, or tower cranes for material handling, loading, and unloading, in compliance with the company’s safety and productivity standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate assigned crane for material transportation as required. * Conduct daily equipment inspections prior to use. * Ensure proper load securing. * Coordinate maneuvers with operational personnel. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. * Report mechanical failures or unsafe conditions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical, higher technical, or upper secondary level (recent graduate in mechanics, mechatronics, or machine tools) **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months operating cranes (overhead, tower, or mobile) (not mandatory) * Experience in metal\-mechanical industry (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Safe load handling. * Crane signal communication. * Industrial safety regulations. * Basic equipment inspection. **Skills** * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Effective communication * Quick response capability **Working Conditions** * On-site plant work. * Exposure to noise and heavy machinery.
