




Under the general direction of the Quoting Manager, the Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Their transfer of data happens manually. They type in customers' requests and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process. **Essential Duties** ● Type in request from customers into excel spread sheets. ● Follow up on requests by department management. ● Ensure backup information is UpToDate with minimal room for mistakes ● Save all the project related information into the designated folders ● Review the data entry received ● Constant communication with Quoting and Drafting teams. ● Other duties and project as assigned **Qualifications \& Education.** * High School Diploma required. * Microsoft Excel. * Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). * **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.** * **High\-speed typing skills with minimal errors.** * Proven experience in the furniture industry is a **plus**.
