Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage government procedures related to construction projects, handle payroll and tenders, and perform various accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages government procedures and construction project tenders. 2. Responsible for full payroll administration and adjustments. 3. Performs various accounting and reporting activities. Public Accountant / Construction Company Accountant / Accounting Intern / Accounting student in final semesters. **Age: 20 \- 40 years old** Female Accountant responsible for governmental procedural matters with agencies the company works with, such as SIOP (Secretariat of Infrastructure and Public Works) and Highway Infrastructure. Also responsible for full payroll administration and making corresponding adjustments for any procedures required for new construction projects awarded to the company. **Tasks to Perform:** 1\.\- Review of IDSE employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications 2\.\- Onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in SUA 3\.\- Onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in NOMIPAQ. 4\.\- Calculate biweekly payrolls 5\.\- Calculate monthly IMSS contributions payable 6\.\- Calculate 2% on monthly payroll 7\.\- Submit monthly payroll and tax closing information to Ary 8\.\- Upload monthly information to INEGI's platform 9\.\- Submit and review information for SIROC 10\.\- File monthly tax declarations for each company shareholder 11\.\- Request information from the engineer in charge of multi-year estimates 12\.\- Review and print SECIP estimates for each project 13\.\- Review and print supplementary reports for each project estimate 14\.\- Collect required signatures for each project estimate report 15\.\- Scan the set of estimation documents per project and upload to SECIP. 16\.\- Initiate each estimate in SIOP 17\.\- Follow up on each estimate to obtain its corresponding release certificate 18\.\- Archive documentation for each project estimate Salary: $15,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
