The Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry, a leader in representing the construction sector, is seeking your talent as: **Systems Technician** **Responsibilities:** * Provide support and maintenance for computer equipment and users (Windows, Mac, Android, Office, email, Internet, antivirus). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. * Troubleshooting software-related issues. * Document control (quotations for new equipment, suppliers, internal documentation, inventories). * Assignment of IT equipment to internet clients and inventory tracking thereof. * Setup and support of audiovisual systems for videoconferences and meetings. * Basic experience in networks, topology, cabling, and punch-down techniques. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Office suite, software, and hardware. * Technical diploma, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Service-oriented attitude (mandatory). * Proactive. * Teamwork skills. **We offer:** * Base salary. * Enhanced benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
