Join a growing company within the transportation and tourism sector, committed to quality, service, and dedicated to creating outstanding experiences. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection * Development of job descriptions, profiles, and requisitions * Administration of personnel files, contracts, incidents, and staff movements * Monitoring of workplace climate, labor relations, and incident resolution * Implementation and monitoring of HR policies and processes * Support in evaluations * Improve time optimization in HR processes * Management of HR KPIs for continuous process improvement **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Key Skills:** * Leadership and team supervision * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Fixed salary * Fixed working hours * Statutory benefits * Professional and collaborative work environment **Compensation Structure:** Fixed salary \+ statutory benefits **Salary:** 20K Gross **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** 45300, Tala, Jal.
