




**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Administration, or related field (preferred) * Experience in recruitment and selection processes * Communication skills and personnel management abilities * Organized with a sense of urgency * Leadership and service-oriented attitude * Vehicle operation skills and valid driver’s license * Availability for flexible working hours and travel **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the recruitment and selection process * Implement strategies, methods, and tools for talent attraction * Coordinate and organize assigned personnel * Review and analyze job vacancies to plan coverage strategies * Conduct in-depth operational and administrative interviews * Administer and interpret psychometric assessments * Familiarity with digital media and job platforms * Manage indicators, metrics, and monthly reports * Properly track internal processes and procedures * Coordinate and communicate with operational departments for staffing coverage * Administrative control of documents Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
