**E-commerce Agent** $9,000 monthly | Full-time | Initial probationary contract with potential for permanent employment Work modality: On-site (Guadalajara) with remote work on Sundays **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sunday: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Remote work) **Main responsibilities:** * Order management on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Shopify. * Direct customer service at delivery points (in-person customer service and pickup). * Order delivery and coordination with courier services. * Sales reconciliation in internal logbook for invoicing. * Digital inventory control and updates. * Escalation of support cases with platforms (Amazon/Mercado Libre). * Tracking of refunds, returns, and invoicing. * Support in general administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Preferred age: 18 to 35 years old. * Proven experience in e-commerce operational management (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Ability to work under pressure. * Residence in Guadalajara (mandatory requirement). **We offer:** * Fixed monthly salary: $9,000 net. * On-site work modality with remote work on Sundays. * Performance-based salary increases. * Opportunity for indefinite-term contract. **Professional growth within an established company in the E-commerce sector.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Remote work Application question(s): * What is your level of Excel proficiency? * What experience do you have with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify)?
