We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Assistant responsible for controlling, safeguarding, and properly managing the spare parts warehouse, ensuring order, material availability, and efficient support to operational departments. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehousing (automotive spare parts preferred). Knowledge of inventory control and storage techniques. Basic computer system skills (ERP or inventory system experience is desirable). Main Responsibilities Receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods. Tracking spare parts entries and exits in the system. Fulfilling orders for service orders and insurance companies. Assisting in identifying part numbers for quotations. Reporting damage or incidents related to goods. Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology. Complying with safety standards for material handling.
