Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to provide technical support, diagnose and repair equipment, and manage technological infrastructure in self-service laundromats. Due to our expansion, we are looking for your talent as: Systems Technician Responsibilities: • Provide remote and on-site technical support to branches. • Diagnose and repair computer equipment. • Install and configure POS systems upon store opening. • Conduct branch visits for preventive and corrective maintenance (rewiring, inspection of card readers, recorders, and configurations). • Advise branch personnel regarding incidents and resolved reports. • Administer databases and email servers. • Manage user creation, deactivation, and modification within the POS system. • Provide 24/7 support via telephone, WhatsApp, and internal applications. • Monitor updates and ensure proper operation of computer equipment. • Train internal and external users on hardware and software usage. • Configure printers, hardware devices, and other peripherals. • Install, update, and maintain company software.
