




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage documentation, recruitment, and personnel follow-up, as well as to review payroll and provide advisory services on social security matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of files and personnel. 2. Key advisory services on social security. 3. Participation in recruitment and payroll processes. We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics and Administration, Human Resources, or a related field to join our team. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic Tax Knowledge. * Basic Knowledge of the Federal Social Security Law (IMSS). * Basic Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Basic Human Resources Knowledge. * Microsoft Office Suite. * English proficiency preferred. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Collecting, compiling, and tracking documentation and files. * Recruitment, contract renewal, and follow-up with associates. * Reviewing the accuracy of payroll preparation and delivery of pay slips. * Submitting enrollment and termination notices for medical expense insurance and life insurance policies. * Advising associates regarding INFONAVIT, AFORE, and IMSS. SALARY: $12,500 net per month (adjustment after 3 months based on performance). WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payment. * Net salary. * Major Medical Expense Insurance.
