A growing company is looking for a Controller Assistant to join its team, who will support the integration, review, and analysis of financial and operational information, contributing to the generation of reliable reports for decision-making. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in auditing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Integrate and prepare baseline reports for business unit profitability analysis. * Collect and review monthly financial information. * Perform bank reconciliations and identify unrecorded transactions. * Support the review of corporate expenses and financial documentation. * Track advances, financing, and pending invoicing. * Prepare comparative reports between budgets and actual results. * Support internal audit processes. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital financial information files.
