Job Objective: To administer and control the financial operations of the Sports Management area, ensuring budget compliance, as well as serving as a liaison between operational, administrative, and corporate departments. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and control of the sports area budget. * Recording of financial transactions in SAP system. * Monitoring of operational expenses and resource optimization. * Management of travel allowances, reimbursements, and expense verifications. * Coordination with the procurement department for operational needs. * Analysis of travel expenses and logistics for transportation. * Control and administration of material resources of the department. * Preparation of accruals and analysis of budget variances. * Generation of financial reports for decision-making. * Monitoring of sports services. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in administrative or financial areas. * Basic SAP knowledge (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Advanced Intermediate Excel.
