Skills in planning, organization, and decision-making Company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices is seeking a Project-Based Production Supervisor for the period from May to August. Requirements: Education: Industrial Chemical Technician, Chemical Engineer, Pharmacist (QFB), Industrial Engineer, or related degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within pharmaceutical companies is mandatory. Experience in personnel management and supervision, process control, and GMP. Knowledge of regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry. Personal skills and competencies: Technical knowledge, delegation, results orientation, planning and organization, decision-making.
