




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support professional to ensure the availability, functionality, and security of the technological infrastructure, providing expert technical support and managing projects and assets. We seek an IT Support professional who ensures maximum availability, functionality, and security of the technological infrastructure (servers, network, equipment), provides expert technical support to all users, manages technology projects (ERP, POS, time clocks, applications), administers assets and licenses, aligns technology with the company’s operational, administrative, and growth requirements through efficient service management, execution of high-level support, and proper implementation of technology projects. We offer: Monthly salary of $15,000 to $16,000. On-site work modality. Indefinite-term contract. Full-time working hours. Funeral expense assistance. Retention, referral, and seniority bonuses. Agreements with laboratories, medical services, and nutritional consultations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Systems Engineering (in progress or completed). Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support lead. Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace/POS Management/Diagnosis and Control/Security and Maintenance/Asset Management. · Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support (preventive and corrective) to end users on systems, hardware, and work tools. Maintain the central server operational (essential for administrative tasks) and review internet connectivity at corporate offices and business units. Perform preventive maintenance on computers, mail servers (checking storage capacity), and security recording equipment (DVR). Review/support internet modems at business units using connection rules (whitelist). Manage procurement, leasing, and cancellation of services (internet, modems, mobile lines).
