Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the corrugator (Fosber) to ensure efficient production of corrugated cardboard sheets, meeting quality, productivity, safety, and waste standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of the operational team and synchronization among corrugator modules 2. Desirable experience with Fosber corrugators and cardboard manufacturing 3. Proficiency in Fosber HMI, ERP/MES, and Excel for indicator analysis PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the corrugator (Fosber), ensuring efficient production of single-, double-, triple-wall, laminated, and preprinted corrugated cardboard sheets, in compliance with organizational standards for quality, productivity, safety, and waste. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Supervision of the Corrugator Coordinate the operational team: Headbox, Single Facer, Double Backer, Slitter Scorer, Stacker, Glue Kitchen, and Control Room. Ensure adherence to the shift production schedule. Validate startup procedures, order changes, and combination adjustments. Guarantee proper synchronization among modules. Experience 5 years of corrugator operation experience. 2–3 years of personnel supervision experience. Experience with Fosber corrugators (desirable). Experience in manufacturing single-, double-, triple-wall, and laminated cardboard. Software Fosber corrugator HMI. ERP / MES for order inquiry. Intermediate Excel (indicator analysis). CMMS (basic inquiry).
