Join our team as **Operations Director** We are a leading company engaged in the sale and distribution of craft beers and non-alcoholic beverages, with presence in Guadalajara, Querétaro, Monterrey, and Mexico City. Position Objective: Coordinate and track procurement, supply, operational control, and logistics incidents, ensuring proper receipt, documentary control, administrative reconciliation, and product operational flow within the company. The position will be responsible for coordinating the administrative and operational flow related to procurement, suppliers, inventory, and logistics incidents, ensuring proper tracking of each process until closure. RESPONSIBILITIES * Generation and tracking of purchase orders. * Supplier interaction and follow-up. * Coordination and monitoring of courier services and shipments. * Validation and reconciliation between product receipt and invoicing. * Tracking of incidents, claims, and credit notes. * Control and tracking of damaged products or transportation incidents. * Coordination with the payments department for invoice closure. * Cyclical inventories and inventory adjustments. * Shrinkage control, sample withdrawals, and special movements. * Tracking of product receipts without invoices. * Support in administrative and operational control of the area.
