Manufacturing Company **Job Objective:** Develop and implement the **Quality area**, establishing processes, controls, and operational standards that ensure **product consistency, control of the production process, and reduction of waste, rework, and failures**, laying the foundation for the orderly growth of operations. Requirements: * Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related field. * 5 years or more of experience in **plant quality** (manufacturing, industry). * Experience **creating processes and controls**. * Practical knowledge of process control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * ISO 9001 and quality systems experience is desirable. * Willingness to work on the plant floor. * Operational leadership, technical judgment, and practical orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Design and launch the Quality area. * Define processes, controls, and responsibilities. * Establish basic operating procedures (BOP) focused on actual processes. * Create simple and functional control forms. * Define and monitor critical production process parameters. * Implement in-process controls to detect deviations. * Supervise inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Ensure consistency and compliance with technical specifications. * Analyze root causes of failures, waste, and rework. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Propose practical improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost. * Direct work with Production and Maintenance. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Performance bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Experience: * Manufacturing quality: 5 years (Desirable) * Development of quality processes and controls: 5 years (Desirable) * Personnel management: 5 years (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
