We are currently seeking technically trained personnel with commercial insight to join our team as a counter sales engineer. **Main Responsibilities:** \-**Technical Consultation**: Provide detailed technical consultation on store products and respond to customer inquiries. \-**Commercial Management**: Identify customer needs, close sales, and follow up via Aspel or CRM. \-**Warranty Review**: Manage product warranty requests according to company policies. \-**Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels, shortages, and surpluses. \-**Product Display**: Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are correctly labeled and presented. **Profile Requirements:** \+Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics (student intern or incomplete degree). \+Experience: Sales and customer service experience, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and experience using Aspel or any CRM. **Offer:** **Salary:** $16,000 gross monthly. **Statutory benefits.** **Work tools.** **Overtime pay** (only if applicable). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. * Location: Downtown Guadalajara.
