




**Job Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Tourism, International Business, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the tourism sector. · Experience leading work teams of at least three people. · Experience in negotiation, customer service, and managing business relationships. **Job Objective.** Plan, lead, and supervise the company's commercial strategies, aiming to increase sales, position the brand, and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners. Ensure achievement of billing and profitability targets, driving efficient, results-oriented performance within the sales team. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** · Lead and supervise commercial department operations, ensuring achievement of established sales goals and profit margins. · Design and implement sales and promotional strategies for tourism products and services aligned with corporate objectives. · Develop business relationships with clients, agencies, and strategic partners, strengthening brand presence in the market. · Coordinate and support the sales team in tracking quotations, closings, and commercial negotiations. · Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports on results, projections, and growth strategies. · Supervise customer service, ensuring clear, timely, and service-oriented communication. · Train, evaluate, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, commitment, and results. · Participate in events and tourism promotion activities representing the company. · Collaborate with Revenue, Digital Sales, and Marketing departments to maintain consistency in pricing policies, promotions, and commissions. · Identify market opportunities, trends, and new business alliances that contribute to business development. **Technical Knowledge:** · Sales techniques and strategies. · Knowledge of national and international tourism markets. · Proficiency in CRM, sales platforms, and business analysis tools. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. · Preparation of sales reports and budgets. **Competencies and Skills:** · Leadership and teamwork. · Effective communication and negotiation. · Strategic planning and results orientation. · Analytical ability and decision-making. · Adaptability and conflict resolution. · Customer service focus and goal achievement.
