**CONSIS RH is seeking a Sales Executive in Morelos - Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Commercializer of stainless steel kitchen equipment projects FIND YOUR TALENT! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and close commercial opportunities in the HORECA sector (restaurants and hotels) * **Handle and follow up on customer leads generated through platforms** * **Prospect and close sales while meeting business objectives set by management. (hotels, restaurants, food chains, bars, catering companies, architectural firms, gastronomic counters, extraction hoods, sinks, bars, shelving units, worktables)** * **Provide technical advice regarding stainless steel (AISI 304 and 430), gauges, and sanitary standards** * **Maintain proper inventory organization and cleanliness** * **Visit interested contacts to validate equipment for sale via our client portfolio** * **Manage marketing platforms and social media advertising.** * Sales strategy * Numerical skills * Management of KPIs aligned with performance goals and targets REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering (completed, incomplete, or technical) **with sales knowledge** **Minimum 2 years of B2B experience selling stainless steel kitchen equipment (industrial kitchens, bars, preparation areas, storage solutions)** **Client negotiation tailored to their specific needs** Numerical analysis, quotations, cost calculations, negotiation.
