Ensure compliance with and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015. **Quality Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality Manager** responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality processes within the business unit, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role will be critical in ensuring continuous process improvement, optimizing human and material resources within the quality department, and maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage the **yield monitoring and tracking process** across manufacturing lines, including corrective actions and reporting to the business unit and customers. * Coordinate **communication between the quality team and customers, suppliers, and internal departments**. * Maintain direct contact with the **customer’s Quality Team**, addressing field-reported issues and plant visits. * Manage the **MRB (Material Review Board)** function to ensure control over inventory, records, material dispositions, and movements. * Ensure control and monitoring of **ESD equipment and facilities**. * Guarantee that facilities comply with **environmental parameters required by the customer** (particles, temperature, and relative humidity). * Manage **training and certification processes for manufacturing operators and support personnel**. * Lead and manage **indirect personnel (engineers)** and **direct personnel (inspectors, trainers, and junior engineers)**. * Ensure compliance with and maintenance of the **ISO 9001:2015 certification**, document control, and internal and external audits. * Coordinate relationships with **suppliers regarding quality events attributable to them**. * Monitor compliance with **mandatory staff training requirements**. * Drive initiatives related to **prevention, continuous improvement, and action plans**. * Collaborate in implementing systems for **Quality, EHS, Asset Security, Social Responsibility, and Information Security**, as well as **NOM\-035**.
