Join us in our growth! **What Are We Looking For In You?** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's in Administration, or related field (Interns or Graduates welcome). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in production planning and scheduling. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **ERP/MRP** systems. * **Excel:** Intermediate level (pivot tables and formulas for reporting). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, proactive organization, and excellent assertive communication. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Workflow Optimization:** Manage production scheduling to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * **Line Balancing:** Strategically distribute workloads across departments. * **Operational Synergy:** Maintain constant communication with workshop supervisors for production order tracking. * **Resource Management:** Ensure availability of necessary materials to prevent line stoppages. **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $16,000 MXN gross. * **Payment Schedule:** Weekly payments (for greater financial stability). * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, vacation time, year-end bonus, and vacation premium from day one. * **Additional Benefits:** * Savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria. * **Job Stability:** Direct employment contract with the company. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays: 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
