Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-based**Position Objective** Implement defined strategies for the compounding center and coordinate resources and activities involved in manufacturing and inventory processes, adhering to applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Coordinate activities and resources required to ensure that handling of raw materials, storage, preparation, and delivery of compounded preparations comply with current regulations and established procedures. * Measure and ensure performance compliance at the compounding center by generating operational indicators for the team and processes under supervision. * Identify, propose, and drive process improvements using a comprehensive SAFE operations approach (planning, customer service, operations, quality, process improvement). * Supervise proper maintenance and correct use of equipment and facilities. * Perform personnel management-related activities.
