Commercial Manager Position Purpose Lead, plan, and oversee commercial strategies to ensure achievement of the sales plan, customer growth, and company profitability. Will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing projects, supervising CRM operations, and ensuring efficient after-sales service. Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing projects. * Train, develop, and evaluate the sales team. * Supervise project management and sales plan execution by SKU. * Prepare commercial reports, KPIs, and budgets. * Support prospecting, quoting, project design, negotiations, and deal closures. * Resolve issues with customers and suppliers regarding products and services. * Ensure timely data entry into the CRM system. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. * Design sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets. * Establish pricing policies, discounts, and commercial terms. * Evaluate product, product line, and channel profitability. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (degree required). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial roles, sales management, or project management. Knowledge: * Project management (advanced level). * ERP and information systems proficiency. * Advanced Excel. * CRM systems. * Availability: Willingness to travel.
