Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee importation activities, contributing to the creation of extraordinary spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare quotations and track requested purchases 2. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers 3. We are looking for a **Purchasing Coordinator** **Your general responsibilities will include:** * Preparing purchase quotations requested by the sales department * Tracking deliveries of purchased items * Updating price lists * Preparing weekly payment reports * Communicating and negotiating with suppliers * Managing international purchases and tracking the importation process Experience: * 3 years or more in similar positions * Importation experience preferred (China) * Experience negotiating with suppliers (credit terms, delivery timelines, quotation improvements, etc.) * Fluent conversational English * Passport and valid visa preferred (not mandatory) We Offer: * $22,000 MXN monthly, tax-free. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (every other Saturday) * Work location: López Mateos Sur, beyond the Periférico (Zapopan, Jalisco) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking * Gym membership Application Questions: * Is your English fluent and conversational? * Do you agree with the offered salary?
